They advertise fast refunds and that everybody gets a check within 24-48 hours. This is not true. I recommend that anybody doing there taxes does research on this company before doing business. I was charged over $700 to do a simple return that h&r block would have done for free. It has been more than 2 weeks and i still have not received my money and nobody that works for them at any of the locations seems to know where it is even though the IRS says that it was delivered to them 5 days ago. I am doing everything in my power to shut this business down because i would not wish them on my worst enemy! I would not have even gone to them if I did not need the money fast. And now I can not even file with anybody else because it was already received by the IRS.
