The place was clean enough the worker were nice enough.So don't get my 2 star rating wrong the place was good enough. but they changed the the recipe for bi bim bap. No no no what is he doing? I've eaten BBB for twenty years now, and it is my favorite food in the world. throughout the U.S. I've eaten it 6 places in Dallas, 4 in Las Vegas, 3 in Reno, 2 places in L.A.,3 places in Washington state, 1 place in Denver, and 11 places in Houston area. The recipe has all ways been the same for BBB until I ate here. They added a lot of lettuce to the dish cutting the amount of other wonderful ingredients, and when I got through I realized it seemed there was no meat. When I asked the owner. He started back peddleing, and said "Oh we chop so fine you cant see it. <---< He did offer to make me another traditional dish of BBB. But I was all ready full. Pluse why change in first place.
