Horrible return experience

The staff at the return center are horribly lazy and atrocious. She told me how I should be speaking to my mother, on top of being zero help on a defective product that was still within the 30 day return

Rude

Horrible place to shop, dirty, stinks and the employees are horribly rude. If I wasn't getting my son a book shelve to a matching set I already purchased 5yrs ago I would shop anywhere else

Cool Design, Cheap Quality

Even though the floor displays look cool, the quality of the products always deteriorates after a few short years. I know these are popular with college students, but that's pretty much how long the furniture here lasts.

The saving grace: the art work and the plants. At least they have more longevity than the furniture. The Swedish meatballs aren't bad, either.

WHY IKEA? Because you get bigger bang for your buck!

I spend a lot of time worrying about my finances and the state of the economy. One of my biggest fears is that the US housing market is in the tank! So, falling home prices require that home improvements must be economical. My IKEA kitchen reduced the cost of my renovation by half, with some labor hired out.
