Ideal towing was negligent and damaged my Car while towing it. This company preys on college students!

These people tow illegally. They said i parked in a handicap spot when there was no signage, no additional spots and no lighting at 11pm. I came out the next morning on my way to work and found a shiny new handicap sign drilled into the post. It is illegal to put signage on a space already in use and then use that as an excuse to tow someone. Especially when there is no yellow space beside that car to truly indicate it is a handicap spot. There wasn't even room for someone in a wheelchair to access their vehicle. Beware of ideal towings ridiculous understanding of texas laws. If you are a property owner this is how you break your tenants lease. If you are a tenant this is how you know you're at a terrible property.
