H O R R I B L E. Please do not waste your money on this dump. This place is so dirty no one speaks correct english . Poor service and over priced. I couldnt communicate with the nail techs. They were guessing what I spoke to them so they did my acrylic nails as they pleased. Left bumpy gel under my white acrylic tip atleast 3 of nails were placed crooked. I asked to make them look "natural" and they left the gel on my acrylics so thick and wide. All the tools they used were full of previous clients nail pieces buffing residue from other acrylic nails. They have an empty "sanitize" jar which should be used to clean their tools. Not to mention I did not even see an autoclave which should be in place to sterilize all tools!!! I also had eyelash extensions which are suppose to enhance your natural lashes but was given those $1 beauty store individual lashes which were bulky and thick and so obviously fake looking & were placed uneven. Little messy room they lay you in an old 80's chair with a stained smelly towel. It reaked of body odors and funk. Overall nasty disgusting unorganized nail shop. They run so many services here, they can't even focus on giving great reaults or good service. My full set was 18 and eyelashes 30. I came to pay & was charged $58? Guess they rob you of $10 dollars to pocket in since clients are known to not tip for this crap of work they do. Kim should be out of the beauty business.
