These guys are absolute scumbags. They verbally insulted me, my appearance, and my family.
I also watched them tell a woman they wouldn't tow her car if she left the lot for a minute, then immediately run to her car to take it away as she walked around the corner.
They prowl the parking lot (Texadelphia at Montrose and Hawthorne) during the Chinese Consulate's hours to take people's cars away as they visit the consulate. Many of these people are Chinese and can't even read the no parking signs.
