I went into their dealership saturday 6/11/16. Their employee named Ruben, offered to sell me a 2009 smart car for $4,400.00 out the door. The very next day, I sent him a text message saying basically "can you prepare the paper work for the smart car?" And there were no replies. I also called their number several times with no luck of an answer. When I finally got a hold of Ruben monday 6/13/16, he tells me that someone else offered $4,900.00 on the car. Therefore he declined his original offer to me for $4,400.00 for the 2009 smart car that was pending and unsure. He then makes me wait one day for the other person's firm declaration on the $4,900.00 price when I already accepted his $4,400.00 offer, cash in hand ready to buy.



Are you for real? If this was a real estate sale, Ruben would have been sued for breaking his oral & written agreement for the sale. Don't do business here if you want to get scammed.
