Founded in 1995, HUSA Management, Inc. is a privately-held corporation owned by Larry Martin and Edgar Carlson. The company manages some of the most popular pub and restaurant concepts throughout Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Carlson and Martin met in college at the time when both worked as bartenders in Houston. They developed a long lasting friendship while learning the restaurant and pub business in a variety of locations throughout the years. In 1995, they took on the challenge of purchasing a true neighborhood institution, the 18-year old British concept Sherlock's Baker St. Pub in Houston, TX. From that single location, they vaulted HUSA Management, Inc. into a diversified management company with 24 current locations.
