Do NOT trust this company. Just had them appraise the home I am buying and they did not pull a single comp from the neighborhood I'm buying in. There were plenty of comparable in that neighborhood yet they pulled all of their comps from outside of the neighborhood jacking the price up nearly $20k over the research of comps I did. I wish I had a say in who my appraiser was because this company would not make the list. I feel like what they did is shady and in no way benefited the buyer at a legitimate cost of the home.
