Terrible

Customer service is poor. Employees are rude. We checked into room 113 unlocked the door sat our stuff inside. We see hot sauce on the dresser, coloring books on the bed. Then, a little boy comes put of the restroom. We then go to the front desk and tell the rude lady what happened she took it very lightly and didn't even apologize. She then gives us room 222 we get the key go all the way to the room to find out the keys do not work. We go back to the front desk as soon as we walked in the lady let out a sigh. She gives us new keys. We Go Back, the keys do not work AGAIN. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if the lady did not have an very bad attitude. When checking out we told the manager. He did not care. Didn't even apologize.also the room. The faucet in the sink could be lifted out of its whole it was not attached. The locking mechanism on the door had one screw on. You could not sit in the desk chair without the back coming off. We will not be staying there again. Yes you get what you pay for but it's still ridiculous.
