If I have to sum up my experience with Brian and Houston's Best Mobile Mechanic, then it would be Awesome.



2 weeks ago my Rover's Coolant leaked, which overheated it and made immobile. I found and phoned Brian from Craigslist after being price gouged by the local mechanic. He was humble and authentic, knew the issue and came the same day. Upon arrival, I found him to be very professional and eager to help. Within minutes he diagnosed that the Coolant Hose Assembly is busted, which showed his experience. Job was more complex and needed the car raised, Brian got the car to his shop and arranged for the tow. In 2 days the car was ready and he also serviced my suspension as a courtesy at a drastically lower price.



The thing worth mentioning is Brian's Honesty. In a similar situation, cars usually require a head gasket or a new engine due to overheating but Brain shared the facts as they were that none of that is required.



Now I have Brian's number on my contact list, and you know why.

I don't recommend this guy to anyone very rude ignorant and disrespectful

After almost a month my vehicle was at a1 transmissions they seem to not be able to find what was wrong with it and I was always calling back and told to call later but no response to get answers on my car so after calling several times I called brian to ask him a professional opinion come look at my car and let me know if my parts were new, installed correctly and getting over charged when we arrived he was met with negativity by the mechanics at that shop he was able to handle the matter professionally he was very honest and gave me the best service I will definitely use his service again thank you so much brian

I have nothing but good things to say about this mechanic. He took an impossible situation and made it work! My fuel pump died at a gas station on Hwy 6 and he came and dropped the fuel tank and drained all the gas out(it was full) and changed the fuel pump right in the parking lot. He figured out how to pump out all the gas and went to wal mart to get a container to hold all the gas. He even saw some extra things wrong with the car(belt and fan) and fixed them for FREE! I couldn't be happier with him. I will definitely call him again if I need to. I thank him so much because I would have been without my vehicle for the entire weekend because it happened on Saturday about 4:30 and all the places closed at 5 or 6pm. They would have let my car sit until Monday or Tuesday and I couldn't be without my car that long. I had company that weekend too. He saved me. Great guy!!!

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC! Hes very disrespectful and unpredictable lost parts and made the situation worse than it was supposed to be! He began to curse at me and started throwing his tools around. He turned a 1 day job into a three day nightmare! After he sprayed the inside of my engine with brake cleaner and my car wouldn't start and began to backfire he got mad and decided to go work on another car. I had to rate this but if I could have I would have rated it negative 00. Just look elsewhere is all I can say!

Name is very misleading. It's more like Houston's Worst Mobile Mechanic Service. I did not even get to meet the guy. Here's a list of "How NOT to run your business"

1- Answering the phone yelling at a co-worker while a potential client is on the phone

2- Using profanity while client is on the phone

3- Promising a client you would be there and not have the courtesy to call if you could not make it.



I cannot believe he is in business.

i had to at least give a rating star, but i dont mean it..lol this was like really the worst service Ive ever gotten from ANYBODY...and i wouldn't recommend this guy for nothing. All i needed was a basic transmission removal and putting another in, and it turned into parts missing and taken off of stuff , it was just a really bad experience. So hes false advertising "HOUSTONS BEST"(:
