PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FOR DEAR LORD this apartment is way beyond cruelty. we been having problem with our apartment for about a year and a half now and we keep getting turned down and we are fed up with this house anyways there are rats roaches etc leaking roof that never got fixed, the issue with the sink. two month ago we spent about 5 hours in the middle of night dumping water out of the house untill 4 in the morning and yet no one came to the rescue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and now we had our power cut off without any notice!!!!!!!! and when the lights came back on the heater started working and never want to turn off. we tried everything and nothing. ive been complaining to the office for 3 days now and no one wants to come for our help we have little children in the house and no one can sleep at all with the heater on. I also tried calling all day everyday and i keep getting denied but no more i gave up on everything if the heater will run until its broken let it be because we are tired and not to mention were calling the FOX NEWS ASAP. i don't even feel like we are being treated like humans anymore and for that we are moving out as soon as we can!!! and for the future resident i feel sorry for them/YOU.... if they will be moving in to live here @ WEST LAKE APARTMENTS its better to sleep in the car then these apartments period. I know so...i am a current resident that will be moving out soon and now as i type this the freaking heater is still running Another thing the manager or the damm owner only want MONEY MONEY $$$$$$$$$ nothing els its hard to understand what is the purpose of starting an apartment business if you cannot keep up with repairs ????? and this is how you know they never care for tenant there is one side of the apartment that no one lives on its been ruined since hurricane Katrina like really and its 2015 i barely started seeing small paint on the wall i can sit here all day and point out the bad in this apartment but i think you get my point lol !!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY FOR RENT.. The manager doesn't fix the problems in the apartments. RATS, ROACHES, BED BUGS, TERMITES, WATER LEAKS IN APARTMENTS. Old busted pipes. Toilet backs ups. MOLD, MILDEW ALL in apartments. She only cares about the rent.. Not a good place to rent.. This apartment complex doesn't deserve a star.

NOT A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!! The management will rent to anybody that can pay the rent. The manager DO NOT FIX THE PROBLEMS IN THE APARTMENT. But expect to pay your rent on time. Mold and mildew growing in all the apartment units. Bed bugs, roaches, rats, termites are bad over here. Plumbing is All mess up. They turn the water off without proper notice. The manager has a nasty attitude and is not professional. I don't recommend no one move over here unless they don't have a choice..

I do not recommend anybody move to these apartments. Unless you don't have a choice. They don't fixed anything. And when they do they take their time. Bed bugs are in the apartment. Its rains in apartment and if you live upstairs and flush your toilet it runs down the wall into another apartments. In one of my bedrooms there is mold coming from the bathroom leaking through the walls. It took them a year to fix the leaking in my apartment. Many times the water is cut off without notice. The manager has a nasty attitude and is not professional. She told another office worker that she love renting to Africans and blacks, Mexican because they pay their rent on time but they are nasty. Every month the manager has a new leasing agent cause of the over whelming work and people hollering at them about things to be done in their apartment. The manager don't care about nothing but the rent money.. Last but not least people that move here they move out in less than 3 months..
