No sirve el servicio! Y sí no eres de Houston y no conoces la ciudad te llevan por el camino más largó! El tipo del taxi 252 realmente es falta de respeto, que por yo reclamarle eso detuvo el taxi según para intimidarme que me iba a golpear

Call this cab company if you want to wait for an hour only for the driver to let some random lady snake your cab because 'her husband is about to get off of work'. I needed a cab because my my spouse just got off a DEPLOYMENT. You'll have better luck waving down a cab on the corner that isn't lone star. It just so happens that the cab we waved down was another lone star cab. This guy had no idee where he was going and let the meter run while he took an eternity to consult his gps. Get in a lone star cab as an absolute last resort. I regret not walking the 30+ miles in the rain as opposed to getting ripped off by this fly by night cab company.

Picked up at IAH to Galleria area...noticed on the sticker that it was only a $38 charge...It was

$65 with a $3 airport charge.....not good!

Unprofessional, will avoid

Driver #2417 from IAH to a North Houston hotel. Driver is an independent contractor.

Driver lacked basic manners. Did not greet me on entry into the cab, did not offer to help with luggage.

Wanted a cash fare and was upset when he realized I would be paying by credit card. Driver was gruff and unkempt words 'please' and 'thank you'.

Called Lone Star to report and spoke to 'Lori'. Said she would make a note of the complaint but quite obvious that she wasn't going to do anything about it. It would appear that Lone Star does not have a process to control or manage the quality of its drivers or to receive, respond to and address customer complaints.

This is a great cab co. And it has some of the nices cab drivers. My driver cab# 830 was a a blessing. Thanks lone star..

I approach a lone star cab, asked if I could smoke inside he said this is not yellow cab (rude), so I was finishing my cigarette so I can take the cab. then he changed his mind and REFUSED TO TAKE ME. he said "he's had 200 more beautiful girls than me and that I'm not that pretty" I was scared because to me this means that he could have taken advantage of me (im not using the word I wanted to because this site doesnt let me) (not overreacting) thank god there was another cab near by. AVOID.

The supervisor who works on Wednesday evenings @ 5 PM CST hates her job. One of her cab drivers (#786) ran a red light and hit me. The driver refused to exchange insurance and although no visible damage was done to my car, insisted on waiting on the cops. When I called the company to obtain this info,I was not told "I'm sorry this happened" "Is there anything I can do" Instead, a female who sounds like she has had her legs spread since '82 and has been perming her hair even longer,returned the F-bomb I dropped and hung up on me. Maybe she found out she has AIDS today(I certainly wish it on her granddaughter), who knows, but her attitude was unprofessional and looking back, very pathetic. I'll send her a dual pack of Virginia Slim 100's tomorrow in hopes she cheer up and treat her customers right.

And lets not forget Josh, another supervisor. Josh is the guy at the bar who talks about all of his "prospects" in a shiny shirt thats "nice" @ $49.95, Forgetting that at 37 if he hasnt made it, he wont, and a floor supervisor @ Lone Star Cab is all there is in his future.
