Houston Texas Dental Spa is the best! Thank you Dr de Jongh and Alissa for making my smile and my skin look and feel healthier than ever. During my recent visit to the spa I was treated like a VIP and enjoyed every minute of it. I am actually looking forward to my follow up appointment, which in all my years of going to other dentists I was never able to say. These people provide the best dental and skin care in the Houston area.

I love love the Houston Texas Dental Spa! Dr. de Jongh is the best dentist I have ever used, I have felt almost no pain while he performed root canals, and he always take the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why. Alissa, Sonya, and Norma are wonderful as well. No matter what they are doing be it dental work or skincare I always feel value and well taken care of. I recommend Dr. de Jongh's office to everyone I know!

The doc is very good. Unfortunately, April, who seems to be the office manager, NEVER calls you back. In my case, she told me while I was there that she was going to check something with my insurance and then call me back. After a couple of weeks I called the office and left a message. Nothing. So after a few days I called again and managed to get April on the phone. So I mentioned to her that I had been waiting to hear from her about the insurance and that I had left a message. She told me that my insurance company never sent the info she needed. I guess it's difficult for them to know you need info if you never ask them for it! And anyhow, how about some follow up? So after promising she was going to request the information from the insurance company "again", I waited again. And so started the waiting, calling, leaving messages game again. I finally got so frustrated with the lack of customer service that I left one more message telling her that I was tired of begging. And you know what? I never received a call! Big surprise. So, if you don't mind long waits in the office to see the doctor and you don't care whether they ever call you back, then maybe that is the place for you. As for me, I can find plenty of places in this enormous city that will be happy to return a call or two and who realizes they aren't the only dental spa in town!
