My house was build in 1972 since than i didn t have any major repairs except painting...

After reviewing their company profile i decided to call Houston Renovation for a quote...

I can t say that the proposal fit my budget because I wasn't ready to do a complete renovation of my house...

What was amazing for me and my family that Houston Renovation helped us to get approved for a Renovation loan with low interest for 10 years ... I took them approximately 2 month to complete remodeling in our house .. The y did replace all Drywall's and studs we did upgrade our Bathrooms , new engineering hardwood flooring for the entire house, new doors and new kitchen cabinets ... My wife really loves our house now and I would like to thank you guys for the nice service you did provide ..

During escrow, the home inspection revealed the house needed foundation replacement. Any homeowner- not to mention a first-time home buyer in escrow- would find foundation repair work to be a daunting task. After getting several estimates and much trepidation,Houston Renovation was not only the lowest estimate but they were "On time, and On budget." Tristan came out three separate times to my house to review and explain the construction process. He explained that I needed 70 ft of new foundation, but the other sides of the house were fine. He didn't try to up-sell me. He only recommended I retrofit/bolt the other two sides and provided an estimate as an option to exercise. I went with the entire proposal. Tristan estimated the work as a 2-3 week job and informed me that they can work with me on payment/financing plan. The crew showed up on the day and time they said they would. Carlos was the team lead and these guys are true professionals! They knocked out the old crumbling foundation, poured over 40,000 pounds of concrete, retrofitted the other two sides, re-stuccoed and painted the exterior to be flush with the original exterior wall, and cleaned up all the mess every step of the way. They finished in two weeks, from start to finish! These guys don't cut corners and completely above-board. They pulled Houston City permits (at my request, provided a copy as proof before the job started) and after the work was complete, Nicholas (the office manager) mailed me the permits and "before and after" photos of the work for my records. If every contractor on earth took a page out of Houston Renovation play book and provided the level of professional service as them, contractors/construction companies wouldn't have such a dismal reputation.

When we moved to our apartment in Downtown Houston we had some problems finding a good paining company...

We living at the 9th floor in two bedroom apartment and the building requirement was very delicate when we notify them as we wonted to paint the apartment... They was require to have a licensed Contractor with a min. liability 1 mil.. The previous Contractors I had no one didn't have a licence...

MY wife found this company online and we decided to go with them... They completed the work in 3 days.... And we do appreciate their efforts... Now It looks really nice .. For sure, I may recommend H. Renovation as a good company... thank you

We had a bathroom Remodeling done by H. Renovations 2 month ago and our family enjoys the comfort and design of the bathroom..

We did found this company on Yellow Pages and we decided to give them a call... It was pleasure to work with Nicolas and His team..

In general it took them 5 days to remodel our bathroom and 2 days for appliance installations.. the difference is immense in compare with what we had before...

We will definitely use them again..

I bought a Old house in Houston a couple of month ago . I had to many problem with it, the roof was leaking the siding was damaged and inside no place to stay.. I called this company H. Renovation their price was reasonable and I decide to stay with them... They did a good work they also gave me warranty on my new Roof and stucco and I am Really Happy with renovation inside of my house.

It's the 2nd time I called this contractor first time they did some remodeling in my house 2nd they replaced my Roof, my old siding and some concrete work on driveway..

I was looking to build some addition to my house.

I called a lot of Contractors a lot of them or Spanish with no licence and insurance.

I took this contractor because he was licensed, bonded and insured was looking very diplomatic and professional. He did a very good job and he gave me 10% discount i really appreciated that.
