Houston Party Tent and Event is an excellent option when planning a large event. We contacted them about helping us plan and host my son's wedding at our home. They came out for a site visit and proceeded to spend the afternoon helping us with every detail we would need to execute such an momentous event. From the applicable tent, plates, silverware, linens, tables, chairs, bar, heater, fans, luxury restroom trailer, generator, lighting to an experienced support staff, they had it all. Not only did they offer us flexibility in modifying our contract as more and more details about the wedding were solidified, they also offered flexible payment options over the twelve months leading up to the event. The tent and equipment were delivered and assembled 5 days prior to the event allowing us plenty of time to have our other vendors come out and prepare for the big day. The care, detail and hands on support provided, including coming out the morning of the event to ensure all things were in order, demonstrated the passion this organization has in ensuring their customers are pleased with their services. This is an excellent company to work with. We recently worked with them for my son's wedding and let me just say our experience with them was awesome. Denise was extremely personable and answered all of my questions with genuine eagerness to please. Having never planned such an event, especially one so important, I had a lot of questions and she was extremely helpful and patient. James Mosely then came to our home for a site visit and his knowledge and experience completely put us at ease. He was able to help us determine structure size, type, location, and various desirable amenities that would make our son's wedding a beautiful and memorable event. From start to finish, Houston Party Tent and Event was professional and reliable, an amazing company to work with and I would recommend them highly to anyone!

Excellent company! We rented a tent (including tables, chairs, generator, heaters, etc) for our son's wedding reception (300+ guests) and it turned out wonderful! James and his team were very professional, personable, and accommodating. I definitely would use them again.

Very knowledgeable and helpful; available 24/7 for last minute and emergency needs for the event to go off without a hitch. Very detailed and comprehensive cost proposal, extremely competitive rates. The personal service and professionalism says so much about a company. You will NOT be disappointed!

I was in desperate need of tables and chairs to seat 60 people for a last minute function this past weekend. I called several companies that were unable to help me. Upon calling Houston Party Tent and Event, I was helped by Denisse and James. They were both extremely helpful. I received an email confirmation detailing my order as well as the expected time of arrival for my equipment. The equipment arrived the following day (within the specified time frame) and Robert, who delivered the equipment, couldn't have been any nicer. The equipment was in excellent condition. The linens were immaculate and they have a great selections of colors to choose from. I have used several other reputable companies for party equipment rental, but I definitely plan to use HPTE for my future needs because of their wonderful staff, top notch equipment, and the fact that they were able to meet my last minute needs.
