Evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Disorders. We only use best practice standards and techniques that are proven by research to be the most effective treatment for OCD today. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Exposure/Response Prevention Therapy are shown by research to reduce OCD symptoms by 60-70%. We offer treatment groups for both parents and clients. Every other month we host a seminar for parents entitled "Surviving Your Child's OCD" which explains what parents and families can do to help beat OCD. We take most major insurance plans for individual counseling.
