After a WEEK of calling and waiting on 'missing' test results from cultures that were taken, the head nurse, Rachel, who I had been speaking with all week said there were multiple tests with no names. After I told her I would like to speak with Dr. Wilson and Dr. Roberson on Monday morning, she said word for word "Why...so you can vent?". Then she called back 5 minutes later and said they actually found my tests! My name was just spelled wrong. (Sounds to me like she didn't want me calling the doctors on Monday morning). She told me she would write a prescription and I didn't need to speak with the doctors. She didn't read my chart to even notice that I had already taken that prescription and it didn't work. The entire reason I even went to get tests taken.



Monday morning I called and reached Rachel. She said that neither of the doctors would take phone calls and she would put my note on their stack but couldn't guarantee I would get a call. I told her that Dr. Kelly Wilson will take phone calls and that I'm pretty sure they would talk with me if I was upset. She fumbled around for a bit and put me on hold 3 times. Finally, I got in touch with Dr. Wilson. Dr. Wilson explained that there was a mix up in the tests and they did locate mine (Or they are pretty sure it is mine). Ok so you are “pretty sure” the tests are mine. Really? Wouldn’t you rather me come in and re-test so we can be sure! So strange…Anyway, it was under someone else’s name but it had the same handwriting on the label that matched the handwriting in my chart. Needless to say, the nurse lied to me when she said my results were under my name but just spelled wrong.



Dr. Kelly Wilson is precious and I would not have been upset if I was told the truth. Mistakes happen and I could have gone in and re-tested. Dr. Wilson confirmed that the nurse did not tell me the truth and that it should have been handled differently. I will not be returning.
