As a previous employee of Houston Intermodal, the trucking and warehousing is top notch. This company is very much into great customer service and can't think of ONE time a cut-off was missed. Houston Intermodal definitely deserves 5 stars for their quality of work, customer service, employees as well as keeping the customers notified of any changes and/or issues. I was laid off due to the industry as a whole slowing down, but this is truly one of the BEST companies I have ever worked for.
