Don't waste your time

I had a problem with them because they sold me the wrong plant. I tried to take it back they refused and would not give me a refund either. They were very rude so I called the corporate office, They were just as rude and inform me that they would not do in exchange or refund and that's their policy. This was a total waste of time and money. And yes they never answer phone for a reason.

best selection of plants

I have been to Lowe's, Home Depot and Walmart, and the Houston Garden Centers surpasses by far all of their plant inventory. If you really want to find variety and good selection that is the only place you will find it. Plus I think the prices are great. I have found stuff there cheaper even than walmart, they have a great selection of herbs when they are in season. I don't know why these people complain so much. You just go and buy your stuff and that's it.

If you are looking for something in particular, don't bother calling ahead to ask if they have it because they DO NOT answer the phone. You'll just have to take the chance on making a wasted trip. In addition, NO ONE speaks or understands ENGLISH!!! One star is too good of a rating.

I have never been able to get anybody to completely understand me when I ask a question at this location or any other because they DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH very well. None of them ever answer their phones. Why have one?

THIS PLACE HAS NO GUARANTEE ON ANYTHING THEY SELL, BUYER BEWARE OF WHAT YOU PAY FOR. ALSO, IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING, SOMEONE CAN FOLLOW YOU TO YOUR CAR AND SAY THAT THE POT OR SOMETHING ATTACHED TO YOUR PLANT WAS NOT PART OF THE PURCHASE AND TAKE IT FROM YOU AS YOU ARE TRYING TO PUT IT IN YOUR CAR AS IF YOU HAD NOT PAID FOR EVERYTHING AT THE COUNTER. SOME OF THEIR PLANTS ARE INFESTED WITH BUGS AND THEY WILL NOT SPRAY ANY OF THEM IF YOU ASK THEM AND YOU WILL TAKE THE BUGS HOME WITH YOU.

If you call they will not ans. the phone to let you know about plant availability! I have to ride a Metro-Lift so I must plan this 2 days in advance they should at least answer the phone with the price of gas today!
