Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company is one of the Gulf Coast's largest black oil facilities, with over 10 million barrels of tankage and three million barrels under construction. The company has been storing, blending and shipping residual oil for carbon black manufacturers, refineries, bunker suppliers and oil traders since 1979. It offers oil transportation by pipeline, barge or ship and began storing and delivering crude oil and feedstock to area refineries in 1992. Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company features multiple barge docks, redundant lines for the movement of products to and from docks and other tanks, flexible hoses for rapid handling of small-quantity bunker barges and multiple rail and truck spots for land transport. The company is ideally located for shipping, at the widest portion of the Houston Ship Channel. Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company is owned by a partnership between Motiva Enterprises, LLC. and ArcLight Capital Holdings, LLC.
