Whenever you have to have your car towed make sure that they never take it to this place. They are crooks. I had a wreck on a holiday and the body shop that I wanted to use was closed. The wrecker driver said that they would store it overnight and my insurance company would call the following morning to have it taken to the body shop. The next morning I call to make sure that they released it to my insurance company. They requested that I send my drivers liscense to them . I sent my liscense and a copy of the reciept the wrecker driver gave to me. I recieved in the mail the following day a notice that my car had been impounded by the police and had multiple charges such as 20.00 daily storage fee, 160.00 tow fee, 20.00 impound fee, 50.00 notification fee plu tax. My car wasn't impounded, had they answered their phone when the insurance company called my car would have been released that day following the tow. There would not have had a notification fee because we knew where it was. I called and a person who speaks poor english answeres the phone asks me for the vin number. I didn't understand him and asked him again what he said. He then got a major attitude so I hung up. I guess that my insurance company will have to fight it.
