WORST CAR DEALER EVER!!! THE ONLY THING THEY SALE THEIR ARE LEMON CARS. I BOUGHT A BMW FROM THEM CASH AFTER2 OR 3 WEEKS CAR STARTED OVERHEATING AND COMES OUT TO BE THAT THE ENGINE WAS NO GOOD. HAD THE HEADGASKETS BLOWN SINCE THEY SOLD IT TO ME!!! AVOID WAISTING YOUR TIME ANS SAVE YOUR $ GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERV. INCLUDING THE OWNER MARK HIMSELF. THIS IS A TRASHY AND SHADY DEALER THAT THEY DONT CARE WHO THEIR CARS WILL LEVE STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY CHARGE ILLEGAL FEES AS FAR A INSOECTION $100 AND OTHER SERVICE FEE FOR $150 WITH DOES NOT SAY FOR WHAT. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT AVOID THIS PLACE !!

I purchased a Mercedes 2001 SLK 230 at about 1/2 the retail price of other dealers about 4 months ago and the car is great. Houston auto brokers even delivered the car from their dealership to my home in Conroe for a small fee. I got both my license plate and title before the paper tag expired. I guess it is true that only the unhappy people say bad things about and the happy ones don't make any statements. I am happy and will purchase these people again.

Purchased vehicle form them and making regular payments. Vehicle has had to be services a few times. The last time I took it in for sevice the dealer was upset that I asked what services were performed. He tole me not to bring my vehicle back and to not even make payments on services and stormed out. He then told the staff that he wanted me to make payment on "repairs" or give up the vehicle. Of course, less than a week later check engine lights are goiing off and problem is not resolved. I am going to BBB.

Very helpful drove out today.. Staff was very nice and friendly. The owner even took a test drive with us and made sure we were happy.

This is a terrible "business". Everyone who works here is a crook! The staff is completely incompetent and the owner would rather play golf than deal with the customers or train his employees on how to do their job. The cars are all clunkers. It will take six months or more to get plates for any pos you buy there. Prepare to spend even more money to make the vehicle road safe. (Tires, brakes, drive shaft, ball bearings, almost entire front end)

Don't even bother going here. The staff is incompetent, the owner is more concerned with golf than his customers. Nearly every vehicle on the lot is a "lemon". It will take months to get your hard plates (they're willing to email you paper plates to print). If you buy a vehicle from them, prepare to drop another $3000 on it just to fix it up to safe driving condition.

I to have bought a car from them and have not gotten my tags or plates. What do I do?

Bought a vehicle from this company (5616 Star Lane) on Nov. 1, 2011 and have yet received my tags and title. Called them numerous times to get it. Finally called the DMV and was told it was never put in so filed a complaint with the DMV about the company - have yet received my title and tags to the car I purchased. Please do not deal with this company and save yourself a headache.

I purchased a car from Houston Auto Broker on 11/18/2011. I am happy with the car itself; however, the tt&l is another story. I have casleed numerous times inquiring about my tt&l and have yet to recieve it or and explanation as to why it hasnt been done yet. My temp plate expired and I have to spend gas to go get another temp when I should already have regular plates. This is unacceptable business practice and poor customer service.

I purchased a car from Houston Auto Broker at 5613 Start Lane Houston, Tx 77057 on 11/18/2011. I am happy with the car itself; however, getting my license plates and tags seems to be an issue. I have called numerous times regarding the issue and have yet to get a reasonable exlanation as to why I dont have plates yet. This is very poor business and very poor customer service.

Would never do business with this shady dealer , sold my wife a car for my son for $2100.00 and come to find out the title doesn't match the car and the speedo was turned back on the car we have , and watch out for that salesman he has ,Anthony Marks oh yea loves to take advantage of the weak ,,,
