They are the best team and Minute-Maid Park is the best stadium.

Experience the birthday of your child's dreams. This is what the Astros advertises on their website. However, trying to book my son's 10th birthday party was anything but a dream. There are detailed packages with listed prices. Nowhere on the site is a disclaimer or price exception dependent on the opponent. Well, low and behold when I called to book a party on a game day I was told that the price may be different because the opponent was The NY Yankees. After two days of calling to get a definitive answer, I was told that this was indeed going to have a price increase of OVER TWICE THE LISTED PRICE. I am not an unreasonable person. The fact that they have not covered their bases in advertising and disclaimers, but refuse to hold to what is their policy is truly disappointing. This is price gouging at its finest. Way to give a kid a dream birthday Astros.

i think that minute maid park is the ultimate place to watch a ballgame, there is not a bad seat in the house.
