We had four different companies come in and give us a quote. Matt, our salesman, had the best idea to move our unit to our attic since we lived in a condo. No one else suggested that and sounded confident about doing it like he did. He also matched the lowest price we got on our bids which saved us a couple hundred dollars. The crew was awesome, quick and did a great job. The manager and inspector both came by to check in on them.they forgot our thermostat and was out first thing the next morning to install it. They also recommended Russo to fix our sheetrock from where our old system leaked all over the place. I'm pregnant and they made the whole process as seamless as possible. Thank you!

No communication. They set up appointments with me at least 4 times but never bothered to call me to tell me the part was not in. They just did not show up. I was with out air conditioning for 13 days. I had to call them twice a day to find out if the part was in. They blamed it on Carrier but I never could get a straight answer out of them. I would call and be placed on hold for 5 minutes then transfered to voicemail that was full so it took me back to hold again. If the part was not in then communicate that to me don't just leave me hanging. I should not have to call them to find out what is going on. My air conditioner was finally fixed and I called the service manager to talk to him about the whole ordeal (more involved than I am saying). He will not call me back. Communication is the key here. If you care about your customers communicate with them. I would understand about the part but no communication and 13 days is a little excessive.

These guys are the real deal putting the customers needs up front. They offer great advice for repairs or installs and have a awesome energy efficiency consulting department that can save hundreds on your energy bills. THey are highly trained and very professional.
