DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. they change parts that have nothing wrong with them. They riped me off. My alternator was good, and I took it to TWO stores to get it tested and it tested good. Do not go to this place!!! BAD SERVICE. Rud Mechanic.

It is so frustrating to get an estimate for repairs when on a limited budget, then be told the price will be doubled or any work will not be warranted. The extra charges quoted were for repairs that could have been "eyeballed" when disassembling, not after, then charges for putting the vehicle back together when we declined the repairs. If we hadn't been treated so unprofessionally, we may have agreed to the doubled price. After all, auto repair shops have consumers over a barrel. Either we pay what they want, or our vehicles are confiscated. This is definiely where the victims are punished, not the victimizer. In the city of Houston there is no way we can be without a vehicle. Where can we find honest auto repair?
