i have been a customer for a year and initially disagreed with the negative reviews. I have always maintained a great account balance until i had a family emergency and requested to double up and pay any late fees on my next scheduled payment date. A rep by the name Chris rudly said no cant do that and opted to pick up the furniture. He did not have any sympathy nor did he take the time to look into the account to see that I've never had any prior issues. I also spoke with another rep and he expalianwd gow he did not want to lose sich a great cutomet and would call me back. I never recievef a call back until the next day stating that they would be picking up the items. they are extremely rude and do not value customer appreciation. i politely took my business to conns and had no issue getting better items at a cheaper price. Shop around before going her.

This office has the worst customer service of any "Rent to own" company I have ever encountered- BUYER BEWARE !!
