MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE! They layered on coat after coat trying to fix there mistakes. I asked for French tips and they did not even TRY AT ALL to make them even a tad bit straight. There nail polish was so old it had chunks that kept adding onto the bulky mess. When I addressed them about it they said "they couldn't do anything, that they looked fine". After insisting they'd fix my nails multiple times they re-did them and once again they didn't try to make them straight. They rushed them leaving them crooked. The ladies had terrible attitudes and yelled the entire time while I asked politely for them to PLEASE fix them to be straight. DO NOT GO THERE!! Worst mistake going there.

Got a toddler manicure, paint all over finger tip but this is after she beat up the skin around my nail bed. After I asked them to atleast clean up the polish she figured it would be best to start over and then file again ! Because it's my nail bed right ??? I started bleeding but I couldn't see and she tried to hide it by not letting me pull my hand back ���� I do my grocery shopping at this HEB and have went to this nail salon for my eyebrows before , I should've followed the crowd and only did my eyebrows. I always see chairs full so I thought I would be okay. Still sitting in my car five minutes later my finger continues to bleed

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!! I WAITED AN HOUR FOR TAMMY TO DO MY NAILS. AS SOON AS SHE FINISHED GLUING ON THE TIPS, I ASKED HER TO FILE ONE NAIL DOWN A LITTLE CAUSE IT WAS TOO LONG, THEN SHE SAID SHE CAN'T DO MY NAILS & LEFT ME JUST SITTING THERE. SHE WAS THE ONLY NAIL TECH THERE OUT OF THE 5 EMPLOYEES SO I HAD TO LEAVE WITH TIPS ON!!! And it was after 7pm so i had to wait til the next day to get them done elsewhere!! Never have I ever received such lousy service from such rude people!! I highly discourage visiting this unprofessional shop. I recommend Angie's, much better service & price.
