I'm very surprised this guy is still alive and scamming people into more debt. The rich get richer, and he's a smooth talking con artist. Know this...if you write a nice note about him, and sign it, each month you get a discount off of your bill. His clients are so desperate, they don't see another option but this con. If it sounds too good to be true, it's too good to be true .

Go to a BBB approved plan...consumer credit counseling . You'll pay HALF the cost, and pay down your debt ethically.

Joke, Joke, Joke. I cant say more. I could probably write a whole book about the cons of this credit card attorney law firm. I ended up not paying my credit card and the credit card company sent me out a 1099. i paid very little taxes and now i am just working on removing late fees on my credit because its a closed out credit card.

my other credit card I ended up settling but with another attorney that I was assigned to and he did not show up to court. I got a judgement against a paid credit card on my credit. I currently am trying to remove the judement off my credit which I have suceeded at one so far but. its so funny because the judgement, the credit card and the amount I paid,nothing matched. I was advised I should of kept 12,500 in my pocket because it would of made No difference if it was paid or not.
