They have a website that advertises great prices, but will not respond to any email inquiries. They request intrusive data, such as your full date of birth, just to set up a member account. After waiting a week for a response to numerous emails, I finally called long-distance, and was told bluntly that they do not sell parts at this time, which makes one wonder why they have parts listed all over their website. Bad taste in my mouth from first impression.
