About High Standards We have been working with networks and computers for over 18 years. Our technicians are A+ Certified, Microsoft Certified System Engineers, Compaq Accredited Engineers and Manufacture Certifications include Acer, Compaq, Epson, NEC, Okidata, and Toshiba Master Technician. Stana Steen, has been a field engineer and CIO ( Chief Information Officer ) of a service company, and a Master Grad Level II of Rapport Leadership International. Toshiba selected Ms. Steen to participate in the beta program for the A+ certification because of her high approval rating in customer service. She takes a hands on approach with clients, showing them what they can do to reduce service calls. Dan Pederson is our Systems Engineer and brings experience in software, hardware, and BIOS. Dan is a graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Systems Technology. Dan has been working in research and development and customer support for over 10 years. He provides our clients with hardware and software solutions designed to reduce workload and increase efficiency. Dan's goals are to move our client towards a streamlined and efficient business model in a cost effective manor. We are dedicated to putting the client needs first.
