As soon as we walked in, we knew we made a mistake! Their customer service is terrible! Very unprofessional. The car they gave us was raggedy, noisy, the car charger slot did NOT work, it made a popping noise if we went over 50 mph. They charged us an extra $50 for a cleaning fee, saying we had dog hair and we don't even own a dog, so there wouldn't be one riding in the car with us. Before they checked us out, another associate working there was on the phone with a customer, he ddnt know what he was doing so the guy that was working with us told him to "just tell her our system is down right now" and that was A LIE! Never will we rent from HERTZ again. I've never experienced problems with a rental car, until I came to this location! If I could give them a half of a star, I would.
