Terrible customer service you may see in all Usa .
Do not rent from them. The lady told me I think you want to smoke in the car in future and I want to charge your credit card. That was the first time I've ever heated something like that.
Do not rent a car from this location of hertz rent a car. All employees has mental problems.
Not recommended at all.

Horrible customer service, unbelievable, they charged my credit card without any reason and when i called to customer service they said we don't know why this store charged you, i called to store even the store didn't know why, i asked employee to refund the charge he hanged up the phone and didn't answer anymore. Be careful about this location it will be your worst experience you may have in your life in rental car. The Worst customer service ever.

I went to Hertz after being frustrated with Enterprize's horrible customer service, Antonio from Hertz went over and beyond to get my business and satisfy my rental needs, the staff in that location were very friendly! I would definely go back and recommend to anyone needing a rental!
