I used this laundry for at least a year or so and it was very good. The prices were fair and the hours were great. The shirts were always cleaned and starched correctly and with all buttons. The person working the front desk was very sharp and had the clothes ready and at the desk as I walked into the door.



Then, the person at the desk changed. My shirts started having poor pressing (wrinkles) and broken buttons. Of course, I found the broken or missing buttons when going to wear the shirts. At first they would replace the buttons but it would take DAYS and then they wouldn't match the other buttons.



Then I took in a pair of pants to be drycleaned and the button on back was missing from my last pickup. I pointed this out when dropping of the pants and was told that they no longer will replace buttons unless it is noted at the time of pickup and they would CHARGE to replace a button that was not noticed when paying for the cleaning. So, it would be necessary to open each shirt and check all buttons and pressing. Since I drop at least 10 or shirts and 3 to 5 pairs of pants each visit, this would take a lot of time. The reason I use cleaners is to save time and this would defeat the purpose of using a cleaners.



Do not use them unless you have no problem with broken/lost buttons and wrinkles. I am currently searching for a new cleaners.
