I purchased a 11 piece special with two large sides. My choice of sides were pinto beans with rice, fried okra. I ordered an additional small fries and four jalapeño peppers to complete the order... My wife and I took the meal home and sat down to eat. Started eating the beans before realizing they were spoiled. The ketchup came in little plastic cups with lids. Out of four, two of the ketchup cups were spoiled and bubbling. I was very displeased and dissatisfied, as this location is the closest to my house and I actually love the Hartz Chicken recipe. I really hate we had this experience, but I noticed the employees didn't wear any gloves while preparing orders and wasn't wearing hair nets. We returned the meal and the manager agreed the beans smelled sour.
