Last entry of a closing of March 15-- same with me!! No answers at phone, emails.. I am going to contact Fraud Hotline Houston to get started. Was it a timeshare sale??

If you need an attorney for real estate title or lien searches or an attorney to handle your real estate closings they are "As good as it gets!". The communication is always prompt and complete. Harris Title handled everything perfectly, and always answered my questions promptly.

Harris Title handled all aspects fast and made the process much easier than previous companies I have dealt with.

I used them for several of my purchases and just recently for a refinance on my condo. They are very easy to work with, deliver the paperwork on time, and have reasonable fee structure. I never feel rushed when I'm at a closing, just the opposite.

I love this company. They are perfect but man I can get an escrow open at night, and get a new deal going with an escrow number, escrow instructions and make great progress over the weekend, where with any other escrow company if I got an offer accepted by my seller on a Friday Night, I would have to wait until Monday to start the escrow. Not with Harris Title, they don't skip a beat, I am three days ahead by the time Monday rolls around. The owner is so progressively minded and service oriented.

Harris Title is a GREAT agent. First of all they know the market and provide expert advice in a straightforward, but also tactful manner - quite a feat!. Theye also work really hard and is very responsive. And if that is not enough, Harris Tile is incredibly intuitive. They helped us through the process of refining what we were looking for. They knew the places we needed to see so that we could both understand what we really wanted and better understand the market. They also have an incredible sense of humor and is fun to work with! We will definitely work with them again.

Harris Title gets it done. They sold my place with some tough contingencies and got a great price. Either buying or selling, Harris Title knows the city, knows people and is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!
