this is the worse service I have in 36 years living in unite state they abuse the customer not really customers prisoners we have no choice of another service so they take avantage of the customer by imposing any kind of penalty for being late on tap that they have a deposit they still cut you off and ask you for more money
charge $34 for a declined credit card, $35 for door tag, and if is more than a week, after they shut your water you don't pay for a week thay can take your water meter so can charge you to put it back $100 this is insane I wonder what can I do to defend my self and others this is not right. And on top of that this is the worse water taste bad is really hard water
