Absolutely awful!! Bought an suv in November, didn't get plates till a month and a half later, only to take the car to a mechanic to find out that the vehicle was sold to me illegally without a catalytic converter. Tried to reach the owner who only played cat and mouse phone tag. Owner eventually changed her number. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that will not pass an emissions test without this part that will cost anywhere from 500 to a thousand dollars for part and labor. Buyers beware!!!
