The woman that works there is prejudice, beware. Very dangerouly prejudice, so much that she is a danger to society! Could be broad daylight in a shopping district, but will attempt to call cops on you saying you are a suspicious person! Warning danger, especially if you resemble a black male! So don't go looking to shop here for your mothers or ladies if you have non-white skin. Prejudice!

I love the store & merchandise but customer service is absolutely horrible. JoAnn is so rude, it's unbelievable. I was a regular customer but our recent encounter has madd me want to stay away. It's sad that in this day & age, sales people are rude. I wish the owner would read these reviews and take action because your store is ultimately the loser. I am a frequent customer, and JoAnn is rude each time. I try to ignore her but it's difficult.

I shop here A Lot and a lady named Joann is horrible for this position. She tends to cater to "certain" customers in a more professional manner than others. She takes the enjoyment of finding great buys because she talks SO MUCH. She has to comment on everything even if you're mot speaking to her. The most troubling thing is her lack of knowledge on designer handbags. I asked how does she know if they are real and her response was and I quote " I know the people and trust them and they have a Lot of money" I'm sorry but being a consumer of designer bags/clothing that statement scares me. The owner needs to be aware of this immediately because she is hurting business. I myself have referred several people that have bought things but if she continues to work here I will have to discourage people from shopping there.

Joeann is extremely rude!! . I had some nice clothes and since they were not name brand, the owner would not accept them. They called me to come and pick them up and was ready to close my account. I felt they were very discriminating.
