My company hosted a conference at this location. It was a little hard to get to as you had to go through another parking lot to get there. However, once there, the meeting space was wonderful, the customer service unparalleled, and the sleeping rooms were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location for business or pleasure.

It's in a great, central location if most of your time in Houston is spent downtown, the Heights, Galleria and near west side.

Our King room was large and clean. There was a couch and long desk so you can hang out without having to sit on the side of the bed.

I had no issues with the hotel. There were great updates and it was very accommodating.

Rooms are very nice, well divided and clean. The gym has enough equipment to do a good workout. Complimentary breakfast is complete and staff is very friendly. Beds are comfortable. I recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

I so enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I am an early, early riser and the breakfast staff was wonderful. Made my day a happy one. I also liked the cleanliness of my room. I got a great night's sleep and will be back again.

Every person at the front desk was very cordial and sounded sincerely interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay.

The Hampton Inn serves a complimentary breakfast. Hot AND delicious. The young lady working the breakfast room is very attentive and keeps everything stocked. This hotel cares about you and will do what it takes to make your visit a pleasant one.

Room was clean and inviting. Bathroom was clean and stocked with supplies needed. Enjoyed a night of restful sleep in the comfortable beds and pillows.

We will definitely use this Houston location again and again. The complimentary breakfast is also a great start to your day. This is best bang for your bucks.

We enjoyed our extended stay during the busy Christmas week. The staff was very friendly and responsive, especially during the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was very quiet, even though it is in close proximity to a major highway into Houston. All areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The furnishings in the room were new and everything was very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee maker, as well as internet. We had no problems whatsoever in our 3-night stay.

Wife and I spent three weeknights and found the quality of the facilities and responsiveness of the staff was well above average. Location was central with easy access to I-10 and the 410 loop. We will definitely look to this hotel on our return visits to the Houston area when visiting family.

I was in Houston for an event at ST Thomas University, in the Montrose section of the city. There were Hiltons closer but the price + parking fees had me look a little further away. I had booked the Galleria location originally but noticed this hotel the day before. Couldn't beat the price and free parking. I'd expected the Hampton Galleria to be a pretty Hi-tone property but had little expectations above a typical clean Hampton room. SURPRISE! This is probably the nicest Hampton I've ever stayed at. It's not the prettiest area, there are train tracks nearby, they have a security gate for parking but don't be fooled. I parked outside the gate, no problem. Trains were no bother either. I got a deal and it only cost me 5 minutes travel time. (one of the better breakfasts too)

The room was great. Great bed, pillows, clean bathroom. This will be my place to stay when I'm in town.

Great place, very good staff and good value. The only thing I would suggest is to not use a central reservation line but call the hotel directly. Breakfast was okay, internet was very good and all staff were very helpful and nice. Take a room away from the freeway as the noise could be challenging unless that does not bother you.

Pleasant staff, very friendly and accommodating. My room was very comfortable, clean, and the mattress was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel. The wi-fi was fast, I even streamed a few videos and no problem with buffering.

This hotel was recommended by an event director in the Washington Avenue Arts District. I have never visited Houston. The hotel is very convenient to I-10, and even though my room window faced the freeway, I did not find the traffic disturbing while at my work desk or while sleeping. I did not have a rental car for a portion of my stay. Taking Uber to downtown (Museum District, Rice Village) and to the airport (Houston Hobby) was very reasonably priced. The complimentary WiFi worked reliably. I spent time also working in the lobby area, which is nicely decorated. The breakfast was no nonsense, tasty. One thing - I used the on-line reservations for my stay. Because of changing plans, I made several reservations. I found the process straightforward. As a just in case, I called the hotel and spoke to Johanna (or maybe Joanna), who verified my reservations. I let her know I may have yet another change. She was very helpful and patient. When I arrived early, she was at the front desk. It was wonderful to put a face to the voice and name. She was able to check me in early!

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was really nice. Close to work. Since we drive a hour and half one way to work. Its nice to stop really close to work to get a good nights sleep, and not have to fight Houston traffic.

I'm never disappointed when staying at an Hampton Inn, this location off of I-10 is a hidden gem. The hotel is secure, has an elegant appearance both in and out. The rooms look and smell brand new. I was pleased to see a gated parking area with key card access. The staff are extremely pleasant and greet you with a smile. Do not hesitate to stay at this Hampton Inn, you get your money's worth.

This Hampton on I-10 seems newer. My room was large, comfortable and clean. The desk gave me plenty of space to work. In fact, even though my suite was facing I-10, I couldn't hear traffic noise even during rush hour. Staff was attentive and friendly. It is in a good location for doing business in/near central Houston.
