Provided by YP.comThe apartments are ok and i get along with everyone in the office they are nice but when u go to talk to them they do make u wait for nothing... the apartments are calm i havent seen anything bad around the section i live...the only thing would be that once u have a year living here they dont pay much attention to u!! other then that everything else is good!!

Provided by YP.comHammerly Oaks has started a practice that I would not have thought.They are now allowing Illegal immigrants to rent with no security checks or renter history checks. If you dont have a social security number or are wanted, all they make you do is give a flase number of 999-99-999 and they will approve you for move in. HOW SAD!!! No wonder they lead their neighbors in suicide rates.
This is an old post, so I can't comment on what happened back in 2009, but I can state that now, the information in this post is untrue. ALL Hammerly Oaks prospective tenants undergo a screening process and background check.
