Very pleased. I was rushing and looked up a shoe repair online. Went in and was greeted pleasantly and was assured that they could get my shoes out for me in 30-45 minutes. When I returned to pick them up I was very pleased. Excellent job.

I just came from this store. It is conveniently located inside Willow Brook Mall Right next to JCPenny. Absolutely the fastest and reasonably priced.I will return soon.

I bought a suede pair of shoes from Nine West and returned to them for advice about cleaning the suede shoes. Nine West recommended Hakky in Willowbrook mall for advice. Upon entering into their store, I was the only customer, shortly followed by another customer. I asked the lady behind the counter how I can clean my suede shoes. Her response was only shaking her head and "nothing". She quickly ignored me and serviced the customer behind me. So I left. I researched online at home and found that many sites gave the same advice and couldn't believe that the shoe hospital did not know anything about suede eraser/block and brush to clean suede shoes. Overall, I was more upset at her attentiveness rather than her knowledge.
