When I first had my hair extensions put in I noticed her straightening them n brushing them when I walked in, I thought that was odd. Then when the job was done they looked fine but I noticed the quality was so coarse n cheap looking. I paid well over a grand total. Then I went to have them taken out after a few months of wearing them and she completely stopped in the middle of taking them out to have lunch n chat. When she came back she chatted up some guy n I sat waiting n waiting. So rude and unbeknownst to the customer. Then they talked about me like if I wasn't even there funny thing is I understand Spanish. Unprofessional.

I recently moved to this side of town n was looking for a new hair salon. Extremely happy to have found Martha. Prices and services are awesome in a very friendly atmosphere! I love my hair extensions!

I have to say that I was very disappointed with Martha's customer service. I went for a consultation to color my hair. she tested a layer of hair to check if the color would come out good; and so far so good. She then proceeded applying the bleach to strip the black out. After 35 mins she washed my hair, and I still had black patches around my hair so she reapplied more bleach on my hair and this would make it the second round. once bleaching was done she applied the color that she said would give me the results I was looking for. However that was not the case, after she washed my hair my roots were yellow/orange so she did another procedure of coloring which resulted my visit not only to be there longer but to still not reach the color that we had agreed on. As she took me to the register she tried to pursue me in a very rude way with products that can help my hair with the color I told her that I would look into that and do more research and she felt the need to tell me that she had spend a full bottle of bleach and color on my hair. I felt pressured and uncomfortable because it was not my fault she had to use those products twice. She is the hairdresser who should have enough knowledge to know how much products and what kind of products to achieve the look I wanted. I told her no thank you as she insisted and gave her my card to charge the $130 she had quoted me, and she answered a phone call and walked away, she was annoyed that I didn't buy the product. Once she came back to charge my card as I filled the box I was so unhappy but being the kind of person that I am, I left her 54% from the $130 she charged me which totaled $70 in tip for a horrible service and making me feel as if this was all my fault. Martha's behavior completely changed when she saw the $70 tip on the receipt, and she asked me to like her page on Facebook, and give her positive review on Google. I'm pretty sure that all these nice 5 star reviews were done by her friends and people who work there. All of sudden she was perky and nice and very attentive. WOW!!! How money changes people, I am saddened to see things like these happen, especially to loyal customers like me.

I went to see Martha after a terrible hair extension experience. It was very easy to book an appointment with her. She is professional and calls you back immediately. She removed the terrible bonds I had on hair and replaced them virtually painless unoticable ones via Great Lenghts. The hair and hair color she used matched my own perfectly. She saved me from an extension nightmare. I highly recommend Martha. She really cares about her clients and does a Fantastic job!

I have terrible hair. Very thin and due to the amount of products and heat that I apply to my hair, breakage is my worst enemy. I read some very positive reviews on Martha and went for my free consultation regarding hair extensions. Two days later I had her put them in and OMG....why didn't I do it sooner!!!!! The colors and job that she did was absolutely amazing!! When my husband came to pick me up, he was beyond amazed on how beautiful my hair was. I actually cried because for the first time in over 20 years I had the hair that I have always dreamed of. I will never go without them!! In addition to the wonderful job that she did, she is very calming to be around. She takes pride in each piece of hair that she puts in. I would highly recommend her!!!!!! Thanks Martha - Big Hug :)

Martha gave me beautiful long hair extensions that look so absolutely natural that friends I haven't seen in a few months thought my hair grew really fast. Don't let the location fool you - it is in a strip center that I would have driven past and never stopped - but this is a great place if you want quality extensions. I get extensions from Martha and then have my hair dresser cut them.
