Provided by YP.comSince my husband & I have been patrons, atleast THREE of our garments have been damaged. Two very expensive suits & a Ralph Lauren polo shirt. It was the same issue with all three, broken & lost buttons. The worst part was that she took no responsibility & tried to charge us for replacing the lost & damaged buttons. We had spent hundreds of dollars & for them not to attempt to correct a $10 dollar issue was inexcuseable! If you intend to wear your clothes again DO NOT TAKE YOUR GARMENTS TO H-TOWN CLEANERS
