US vet was denied care at this clinic by the rude staff



This clinic has an very rude, incompetent staff. I am an us war vet who decided to get VA outside care and requested that this clinic provide me the care I needed. Presented the va approval to this clinic and the staff said to me that I must pay at front for care an replied to the and I said for payment please contact the VA as the paper say, but they never did. therefore for third time I went to the clinic to see if they got the payment from the VA has been approved. As to speak with the doctor and the staff dinied the re quest. The are ver rude and very unprofessional
