Never got the chance to use this company's services and never will. I tried calling on a Friday afternoon to set up a service call for the following week. Bret did not seem interested in setting any appointments...he just said it was "kind of late that day and to call back on Monday". I was a bit put off by his arrogant attitude, but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and called back on Monday morning. Once again Bret was not interested in setting anything up in advance. He asked me if I was home and I told him I would be home that afternoon. He told me to call back when I was on my way home, By this time I was getting the impression that he did not need or want the work, but in hope of getting my electrical needs handled, I called him back while on the way home. I got his voice mail, which stated that he was not available or on the phone at the moment and to call back in 5 minutes!! Not only that, but he said that if I left a voice message that he only checks it "periodically". Give me a break!! What kind of customer service is that? Answer: none at all. I left a voice message asking if he could come to my home that afternoon and never got a call back.

This is not the kind of arrogant attitude that one should have if he is running any sort of business, I highly recommend calling someone else,,.which is exactly what I did!!
