Provided by YP.comGreat Electric did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel. They were very helpful with the lighting lay out and design. I am very happy with the way my kitchen turned out.

Provided by YP.comGreat Electric billed the invoice different than they quoted me with exactly same work scope.
Then they sent me an invoice as promised price, I paid in full.
Later on send me one more bill again. Plus they only finished 95% of the work!!
We discussed the invoice with the customer and resolved the issue. We sent the customer a letter stating that she paid in full and apologized for the misunderstanding. We are addressing her 5% unfinished work by completing her complaint. We will address all complaints to make sure the customer is satisfied 100%.
