Gramercy Park off of Woodland Park in Houston is not recommended. The parking is absolutely the worst. Be prepared to park several buildings down! Reserved spaces and garages require a high monthly fee and are limited. The remaining parking is limited also and the spaces are so tight, your side mirrors will hang over the parking line. Their solution to tow is not effective and their windshield permits are not effective because many people park 3-4 cars. If you paid for a reserved spot, it is highly likely it is not close to your apartment. Therefore, those with reserved spots will take another unreserved spot if it is closer to their door. Hense, the reserved spot is not used and the parking situation for everyone else is made worse! Also, they charge $250 deposit AND $250 non refundable fee for a cat, plus an incremental $20 per month extra rent (that is another $240 to add to your annual contract). We specifically asked about the parking before we signed our lease and were told by management that there is no problem. This needs to be made clear by the mgmt team to all renters before leases are signed. The exercise facility is ok but it is closed on Sunday. The office hours are for the convenience of Gramercy's staff and not the residents who have to work till 5:00. Saturday is you only option to see them unless you take off work one day. In summary, they don't care and simply talk with no walk. They are creative in finding ways to make money.



I know of some recent vandalism but I don't see patrol cars.
