My experience at Grace ER was good. The response was quick. The nurses are really nice and the doctors are professional. I would definitely recommend this ER.

I was very pleased and relieved with the minimal to no wait time. Great facility and Drs. and staff are caring and very attentive. Thanks so much for helping me to get better Dr. Alice Ajim.

$14,500 BILL!!! STAY AWAY unless you wanna get charged at extreme levels! I got an antibiotic shot, run a blood test and they made me wait 1.5 hours before I see a doctor. I just received a bill of 14.500$!!!! Stay away from this place....

Not being from Houston, I came here in January with bronchitis. While checking in, I asked to ensure there were no issues with my insurance. The response was there will be no additional costs. I reiterated my concerns while be examined and assured I'd be covered (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas). Just a received a bill for $19,280.07 after insurance coverage. This is a bait-and-switch health provider running unnecessary tests and giving false information of coverage. Will do my part in ensuring my experience is know to as many people as I can reach.

Took my daughter in at 9:00 A.M. and was out by 11:00 A.M. loved it! We loved the fact that from the receptionist to the nurses, technicians and Doctor were so friendly and knowledgeable! They explained each procedure as we went through them. We will be recommending Grace ER to our family and friends!

I brought my mother here a couple of months ago. The front desk staff were very polite and nice.They immediately placed us in a room and offered refreshments and snack bars. The Nurse and doctor on staff were very nice and attentive as well. They answered all of our questions and made sure they explained everything before it was done. Overall I was very pleased with their service and will definitely recommend this Emergency Room to my family and friends. Thank you Grace ER for making my mother's stay feel so comfortable and welcoming.

I have visited Grace ER on two occasions and both experiences were great! I was seen quickly and everyone was so friendly. The second time I walked into Grace the staff remembered who I was which was really great!

Always my first choice for my families Emergency care needs. Staff is very warm and welcome. They stand by their word of very little wait time and they honestly care for your health.

I would recommend Grace ER for prompt, stress less health care experience

I walked into Grace ER with the worst kind of t pain and the staff and the doctor took care of me. All diagnostic test taken promptly and result also came out within few minutes of the test. All questions answered and also given instructions on how to manage the pains. I will recommend this place to any one who likes the best care.

This is a great place i was here Wednesday night with my son and the doctors and nurse.s are so good they took care of us we did not had to wait at all , if you need a place to get urgent care i recommend this place from my own experience

I had a great experience when I visited Grace ER! The staff was very friendly and gentle with me when they new I wasn't feeling well and also worked so quickly to get me the attention I needed. The doctor was really great, patient, and made sure I completely understood everything that was going on and being said. I felt completely at ease and comfortable while I was there. I would definitely recommend this place every time!

Grace ER is the best facility when it comes to immediate care. I took my mother and she was seen by a doctor in less than 10 minutes. Staff was so polite. Would definetely recommend this ER to all of my friends and family.

I am in need of an immediate medical care, the first thing I thought was, “go to the nearest emergency room.” So I choose Grace ER, there is no waiting period, their staff/Nurses were great and a pretty neat environment. They were very good and always eager to answer questions and went beyond their regular duties. There is no waiting period of any form either testing or waiting on the Doctor. They were able to diagnose my medical condition in minutes after different test and X-ray readings. Nonetheless they got my pain under control within minutes and I was satisfied with the service from the front desk to the Doctor.

Great staff! very helpful, and would recommend to anyone needing urgent care. The facility looks very professional, and they are also open 24 hours.

If you are in the hobby airport area or 45 south, then grace er is the place to go. The facility is very neat and welcoming, and a dr will see you asap. didnt wait long to be seen when i went with my grandmother

Dr. Ajim and staff are AWESOME ++++ would definitely recommend. to all who need urgent care. i like the fact that they are open 24/7 and are 5 mins away

My brother spent approximately 14 hours in this place to be told that his appendix was inflamed and needed to be removed. He was rushed in ambulance to St Joseph later to find out his appendix was fine.
