This was my idea of a buffet. It really has a lot to offer. My recommendation is to stick to water and to fill up on the delicious food not soda. I could tell they were busy, so I just observed my surroundings and looked at everything on the buffet until I couldn't look anymore. The wait staff was picking up huge piles of dirty plates and was trying to serve every last customer. I work in a restaurant, and I can appreciate good customer service when I see it.

This Golden Corral is close to $12 for the buffet. The one's I usually go to are closer to $9. But the food quality was probably a bit better than I'm used to. Here are some coupons if you want.

Food was ok, atmosphere is concerning. Children are walking all over the place on their own, serving themselves, touching food and parents just let them run around. Ice cream machine was not working, restroom was dirty and it was just too much chaos. Definitely not going back. Server was attentive and working hard for her tips.

This is my favorite GC. Its so clean, the staff is so nice and its really really clean. I hate buffets bc theyre usually dirty. I love this location. The management is obviously on point.

171.51 they ripped my dad off of 114.34. Then when I tried calling The store Location The phone Number was no good. I called 411 a few times to see if they had info on a working #. I found the Corp Office #. The women I talked to said the phone # was not any good. she said she would have someone from that Location call Me back. No one ever called Me Back. I'm Now Forced To Notify My Dad's bank To Reverse all charges and Myself my Dad All of His Army Buddy's and anyone we talk to will No longer Patron This Golden Carol Location ever Again.

I have never written a review before but I feel it's my social responsibility ro share my experience. In sum, my husband saw a discharge crawling on the buffet near the fried okra. He told me about it and then I went over to make sure he wasn't just overreacting to a nat or fruit fly. Sure enough, it was definitely a discharge...a very brave discharge indeed because it did not flee as we gawked in disgust. We immediately walked over to the cashier and asked for a refund. She had to call a manager. As we waited for management, my husband took out his phone to record the roach but the cashier killed it with a dish towel that she was using to wipe down tables. Ugh! The manager did not speak English which may explain why we were not given any form of an apology. We did however, get our money back afyer the manager was no longer "busy". I am still in disbelief as to how nonchalant the staff was about a ROACH being on the FOOD BUFFET. I am disgusted and i plan to contact Golden Corral's corporate office as well as the department of health.

Went to this Golden Corral on a Saturday evening and OMG the food is horrible. They must bring people in off the street to preapre their food. I have never tasted such disgusting food. The place is dirty and I'm sure the food is full of who knows what. Very disgusting place!

I ask a Waiter what was that horrible smell of urine comming from the drink station on the opposit side of the restraunt from the bathrooms. He shrugged his shoulders and with wide eyes said i do not know maybe its the bathrooms. Well it could have been since everytime i go to this location i tell my kids make sure you use the bathroom at home before we go to the goldern corral as they are always left unattended, no tissue, feces and urine float freely in most of the available stools of the womens bathroom my husband has reported the mens room is also just as bad. Well i guess u ask why do we keep going back? Maybe because i thought other guest of theirs would complain and surley OSHA would come through and tag them for it. But instead i wait 3mos go back thinking things could change putting my faith in OSHA that they would identify this problem and walk in unannounced then force them to clean it up but not a chance the entire place smells saturated with urine from one end of the resturant to the next. I have stoped going for the stinch was just too much especially since you could now almost tast it with every bite of food and it seems to linger around the cooking area and both maintenance/drink stations. Yes i know the food is cheep and this was also another reason i kept going thinking it would get better but it did not . The lack of care for their restrooms and its cleanliness concers me that they could also have a hand washing and general hygiene problems or are so used to the smell of human urine in their drains that they dont smell it anymore. Too bad i will never go back if Marvin were alive he would tag them for urin in the sinks carpets highchairs and generally everywhere it just plain smells like people have been using the bathroom all over that resturant and not just in the bathrooms.

Golden Corral: This is the first time that I visited Golden Corral on 290 in about 4 years. It was a nice surprise. First the price for a senior buffet was a good price at $6.69. The selections were very good. I had a seafood salad, fried fish, green geans and rice. The waitress asked if I would like bread and later with my apple pie, if I would like a cup of coffee. I left Golden Corral with a feeling that I had a really good lunch at a good price, plus had everything I wanted! I will go back. Sincerely, Lynn Ringh
